Promotions: productivity and positivity at ADS
Taking a moment to celebrate some of our team members’ accomplishments in the past few months through their promotion within ADS.
First up, we are delighted to announce that Adey Oyinbo has been promoted to Head of Sales.
Adey joined the ADS team in December 2022 and has been supporting Aircraft Operators and Ground Handlers with access to information about our software solutions – APC & HPM.
She says, “The journey with ADS so far has been full of learning. Moving from Renewable Energy to Business Aviation has been an enjoyable challenge.”
Adey has brought experience, momentum and a great spirit to the ADS team, and we’re excited to see her career flourish further.

At ADS, we are developing software solutions to address long-standing and difficult challenges present in the Business Aviation sector.

Congratulations also to Szilvia Gyarmathy, who’s stepping into a Sales Development role within ADS.
Szilvia joined our Data team in February, transferring to aviation from a former teaching background. We’re proud to be creating pathways for learning and development to support those entering Business Aviation.
Now, together with Adey Oyinbo, Szilvia is also here to help guide Aircraft Operators and Ground Handlers in exploring our solutions.
And finally, a huge well done to Bence Szalay on his promotion to Junior Software Developer
There’s a fulfilling feeling across the team when you see talent development first-hand. Bence joined us in October 2022 and has been a brilliant example of the ADS team’s desire and commitment to personal growth.
